Dr. James Adjan
Dr. Jim brings a comprehensive background in pediatric dentistry and interceptive orthodontics to our practice. After earning his dental degree at The Ohio State University, he completed his pediatric specialty training at SUNY Buffalo and the Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, he is deeply committed to continuous education in craniofacial growth and development.
In our practice, Dr. Jim focuses on early interceptive treatments, integrating traditional orthodontic techniques with gentler, myofunctional-oriented treatments, including the Advanced Lightwire Functional (ALF) and Myobrace. This approach allows him to address a range of growth and development issues at an earlier age, empowering young people to cultivate healthier habits and promoting their overall wellness. By prioritizing minimally-invasive methods wherever possible, Dr. Jim ensures patients have a more comfortable and positive experience, building the foundation for a lifetime of confident and healthy smiles.
Outside of the office, Dr. Jim enjoys quality time with his wonderful family, hiking and exploring the scenic trails of Central Texas, and immersing himself in reading about mind-body-spirit wellness. His passion for exploration and lifelong learning extends beyond his role as a pediatric dentist, enriching his approach to patient care with a holistic perspective.
